Logging In

• Enter your username and password. If you enter an incorrect password three times consecutively, your account will be locked. Contact allocation@ems.co.nz to have it unlocked.
• When you have logged in, your name is displayed at the top of the screen.
• If you forget your password, you can request a new one using the Forgotten Password? link and supplying your email address. A link will then be sent to you by email which will allow you to reset your password.



Preferences

• Use the preferences screen to alter your details and to change your password.



Passwords

A minimum password length of seven characters, consisting of at least three of the following character sets is required:


• lowercase characters (a-z);
• uppercase characters (A-Z);
• digits (0-9); and
• punctuation and special characters (-=[]\;',./!@#$%^&*()_+{}|:"<>?).
• Most recent 8 passwords may not be reused



Logging Out

• Click the logout link at the top right of the page.
• You will be logged out automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.
